Innovative...you guys are heaven sent! Honestly, I was hesitant on getting repaired since my rates of my insurance increased from an accident that wasnt my fault prior to the hail storm and talking the insurance agency didn't make it any better. But a day after the storm, I was approached by Danny in my apartment complex. Something about him was warm and welcoming. He introduced himself and went to tell me he could repair my car at no cost to me. He then reassures me that I wouldnt have to about be without a car, better yet he would meet where ever I'm at due to my schedule and my child daycare schedule to bring me the loaner and pick up my car! How convenient! Stress free! He was also very knowledgeable of the process and updated me throughout the repairs. Let me not forget to mention how fast the repairs were and they are remarkable! He even cleaned and detailed my car and even fixed scratches on my car that had nothing to do with the hail storm. He went over and beyond! I cant say thank him enough! I was so happy I wanted to cry honestly! And thanks for the $ gift! 
I will definitely refer Innovative to next person! I pray the Lord to continue to bless Innovative with much success! They deserve it!
